Chili Sauce
Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Chili Sauce
2 Tbl. Green Onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Mix together. Great for fries, chicken wings, or as a sandwich spread
Spicy BBQ Sauce for Salmon
4 Tbl. Ketchup
2 Tbl. Chili Sauce
2 Tbl. Butter
4 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbl. Soy Sauce
2 Tbl. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Sugar
Combine ingredients in saucepan and simmer. Use to baste salmon baked in the oven or barbecued on the grill. Also great on fresh tuna!
Spicy Sushi Roll
1/2 lb. Tuna, scallops, salmon, yellowtail, etc.
2 or 3 Tbl. Chili Sauce
1 Tbl. Green Onion (chopped)
1 or 2 dashes of Soy Sauce
Chop the fish into *” cubes. Mix with remaining ingredients. Use in your sushi roller.
Potsticker Sauce
2 Tbl. Chili Sauce
1 Tbl. Thai Fish Sauce
1 Tbl. Rice Vinegar
2 Tbl. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbl. Water
1 Tbl. Green Onion (chopped)
Japanese Cocktail Sauce
1/3 Cup Ketchup
3 Tbl. Chili Sauce
1 tsp. Horseradish (prepared)
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbl. Lemon Juice
Stir together. Great with bay or jumbo shrimp, fresh crab, or oysters.
