About Masa
Masahiro was trained professionally in Japan in classical Japanese cuisine. He opened up Rikki Rikki in 1991 with the mission to bring authentic Japanese cuisine to Kirkland, WA. "It was my dream to open up a restaurant that would feature the many recipes that I had come up with over the years", explains Masahiro.
Due to customer demand, Masahiro began bottling the house dressings. Demand became so great that in 1995 a separate production facility in Redmond, WA started manufacturing. Today, besides producing dressings, Masahiro is excited about his new lines of sauces.
In a recent poll by 425 Magazine Masa's Rikki Rikki restaurant was voted as the Best Sushi Restaurant.
Masa's Products
"We make our sauces and dressings pretty much the way you would make them in your own home—using the best, freshest ingredients we can find. We do add small amounts of food starch and gums—both naturally derived ingredients—to keep the sauces from separating in storage. Rikki USA Facility
In a state-of-the-art facility, production manufactures enough Dressings/Sauces for nationwide distribution. Rikki USA employs a full-time staff of production workers who manufacture the dressings/sauces.
The entire staff is safety-trained to ensure the integrity of all of our products. Rikki USA, Inc. has the following Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs in place to ensure that our high standards of quality are met: HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operation Procedures), etc.
About Us
We have known Masa, his family & his companies for many years, have become friends and have deep respect for the man and his accomplishments. Since we're located in the same geographical location - we have the benefit of accessing his factory and reselling his wonderful salad dressings, sauces & marinades.
We are not part of his Rikki USA organization, but are resellers for it.
